What quest do you have to complete to get the mermaid transforming skill? I am level 10 and I started today. Please if you have the skill please tell me how to get it. I've been looking for about an hour b:cry b:surrender .Thank you in advance.

    Go to your skill trainer according to your class. [Assassin or Psychic.]

    You also need to have the required Spiritual Cultivation, which is Spiritual Adept.

    Unfortunately, there are no skills for Tide form. You can however use normal attacks. Which is useless for a Psychic but might come in handy for an Assassin.
