can't start game!

i downloaded the game and then i log in and it says
"log in timeout is 40 seconds. elapsed time: 0seconds"

but then a sec after that it says
"logging into game, please wait"

and then the text disappears left with the animated background
and i wait for hours doing other stuff but it still doesn't load anything!

anyone experienced this before??

    This usualy means there is server-maintainance. PWI-updates are @ least each wednessday. Wait half an hour to 2 hours and work will be done.
