Stuck in Fort Countertide Terrain

My character is current stuck in the terrain which makes up the sides of Fort Coutertide and, when I try and move I keep going back to the same spot

  Have you tried using town portal ?

  i am stuck at the same area on the mountain and same thing.....

  Cant teleport,cant use any skillz but can only meditate...cant fly help pls
