My computer says this game can harm it...

Hi, Im new, thought I would try one of these Free MMO's I have been hearing about so much,, however, when I click download my PC warns me and says it could be harmful, Should I download it anyway?
And how much is it to play? I thought it was free but saw something for billing.

    a lot of virus scanners give false positives (mistake part of code in a file for a virus signature) on the game launcher and the game client itself. As long as you downloaded them from the main site, i am pretty positive you can take them as clean.

    I always report these alerts to comodo as false positives.

    the game itself is free to play, but there is a boutique from which you can buy items with real money, hence the billing section. You can also farm game coins and convert them so you can buy boutique items without putting real money into the game - things just take longer to get and take a little bit of work on the players part.

    Thanks a lot, Im new to this whole thing, that makes sense.
    One more thing, is this game free or do I have to pay later on?

    it is free. you will never have to put money in if you don't want to. you may find later you want to put money in to buy a faster mount, or bank/inventory expansions. These are money well spent if you do. And it helps keep the game running. IF you enjoy the pve (player vs environment) aspect of the game you can get by with spending no money at all. You get a free flying gear when you hit 30 and mobs drop enough coin and items to sell to npcs to pay for potions etc.

    In order to compete in pvp at high level these days, it is difficult without spending a fair bit of cash in the game to get high level weapon or armor refines, so if player vs player is your thing, then yes later you may have to splash some cash.

    You probably ran into one of the harmful ads on the PWE website. Get firefox + adblock. Never click the ads. Other than that, PWE should not harm your computer.

    Also it be free to play, you can pretty much get everything with in game monies.
    But to gather large amounts of in game monies takes a bit of time, effort, and skills (how much it takes depends on you, me suppose).

    I've been using PWI since forever and it never harmed my computer. xD Feel free to download it and have fun. :3

    Some antiviruses get panicky when it comes to MMO downloads. As long as you download from the main site you should be good. :)

    The game has a boutique so that they can make money to keep the game running, but you don't HAVE to pay anything to play the game. Actually some items aren't available in there til you hit a certain level (mainly cosmetic stuff, dresses, etc.).
