Nah it'd be more along the lines of:
"Hi we received your complaint, With our makeover scroll you can change your appearance to fit in with the other blue gray fishies. Make sure you buy it on a separate character to make full use of our handy dandy supply stash stone. Also if you purchase our hyper stones you can lvl up faster than them and have your revenge on them in pvp!
But don't forget to buy mats from our shop so you'll be able to make epic gear. Whats that? You learned apoc and not blacksmith or tailor? No problem! Just get our kit to quickly lvl your crafting skill! While your at it keep an eye open on our CS Auction! You can find some stuff there to help you! Don't forget our item to make a item refine successful and you can get another one and so and so forth until its +10!!! ZOMG!!!!!
Hey since you've bought this much already why not walk around in style with some smexy new outfits? We also have a dye sale going on as well and our wardrobe stone is a must have! Competition getting away? Not anymore with our uber fast land and air mounts! What's that? They sutraed and town teled? No worries Get our map and teleport stones to track that son of a biscuit down! >:D Then after you kill him tell the whole perfect world with out telecoustics! No one will be able to stand up to you unless they spent as much money as you did or your just incredibly dumb at playing your class. Hey have you tried our other games? Blah Blah Blah...."
EDIT: Thankfully I never have to worry about this since barbs have no customization besides muscle size and eyes. Black Fuzzy Tiger Barbs ftw!
