Hi. I am from Perfect World ph. and I am planning to move in Canada. I was just wondering if I can use the same CD installer here when I am about to play in Canada? Or do I need to purchase or download another installer for PWI? Thank you. b:chuckle

    I can not answer your inquiry regarding the CD installer, but that aside, you can easily just download the PWI client from here at no cost: http://pwi.perfectworld.com/download

    I think if you really want to, you can even make your old client work with PWI by adjusting update and connection server data.

    But this is not very advisable and may bring more problems than benefit for sure. So you shouldn't do that, even if you know what you are doing. As others already said, simply download the client of this version for free and everything should work fine.

    Or do you have any other reason for using your old installation except of saving some download / installation time? Maybe we can help you out with that.

    True answer: Yes
    Simpler answer: No
    The CD will install the PH client so you'll has to modify it and what not (And you'll has little to no support since an easier alternative exists already).

    Just download the PWI client from the website since it be more easier.
