Hey guys and gals.

Haveing revcently hit 100 (past week) was really looking forward to getting into Nirvana and messing up some mobs/bosses.

Was curious if any of the other barbs here that have done Nirvana would beable to share some information as to what to expect and what a role a barb plays in there. Kinda curious if we still tank, been told some bm's tank lately. Any info would be great, I'm planing on going in there this weekend, prolly tomorrow nite some time and was hopeing for some heads up so any replies would be awesome!! b:victory

Thanks

a high inv bm or sin normally tanks depending on the boss that you have. nirvana is basicly set up with seven bosses and one add on boss with the ninty nine key quest.

first three bosses are always the same, and the last boss is always the same. middle three have a common, uncommon and rare boss that is up when you enter the room.

even with changes that have taken place to make nirvana more difficult, a bm is still normally the one tanking the instance. every thrity secs or so the boss will seal and random aggro, most of the time I see a barb alpha if the random aggro hits a squishy.

hope this might help you out some, and I will leave it at this, and let a barb that tanks nirvana answer from here.

Taleon was pretty accurate. With the random seal and aggro there is no building aggro.

A barb's main job is to devour to help the bm/sins and to aggro if a squishy is gonna die.

I also tend to run the chests on the last boss, but that depends on the squad.

Nirvana isn't hard after a couple runs. Just be ready to learn.
