"Update listed files error" - how to fix.

I had this error whenever I tried to update perfect world. It wouldn't manually patch or anything. It turns out I needed to reset my settings on internet explorer, because for some dumb reason perfect world's patcher runs through IE. Anyways, if you have this problem, go to Internet explorer > Internet options > Advanced > Reset, and that should do the trick.

    Doesn't work for me :(

    Manual update receive error 'Update listed files error'

    auto update freezes at about 95% on 'precinct.clt' click try again over and over but no good.

    I'm on Windows 7, UAC and Antivirus disabled, no router, PC to cable modem.

    Anything else I can try???

    I know this is from a while back but I am having that EXACT problem with this new expansion. I am also on Windows 7 and under the same circumstances. Did you ever get a fix to this problem?b:surrender
