Question about Acc Stash Stone

Hello everyone ^^

It is a kind of stupid question and i am sorry if this was already posted somewhere.
But....
Can someone tell me if it is possible to exchange items across servers (e.g. from HT to RT) via the Acc Stash? Or is it only possible to trade items to characters that are on the same server?
