It comes from a pack, but I cant remember which one... there is also a "yin".

Aside from packs, it comes from scarlet arena event (not implemented here). You kill someone there, and they drop their soul jade. Unfortunately, you need at least 200 participants to die to make a mat. Difficult too if you dc or die, you can't get back in and you lose everything. There is an entry fee iirc.

No it's not, on PWI you get it from one of the packs.
