b:cry my Friend cant seem to make an account on Sanctuary it tells him "Cant connect to server" But hes tried so many times. The thing is, he can connect to RT, DW, Harshlands. What do you think the problem is? Hes already downloaded & uninstalled it then downloaded again. Theres nothing wrong with his internet connection either. Already tried contacting Perfect World, but they wont respond to him. b:surrender
