Banned Region?

Can any Gm Tell Me if Perfect World International Works In The Phillipines? Cuz i have Friends in the Phillipines that Said that Pwi isnt Banned in our region anymore.. Please i want to know whether its still banned or not,so i wont get banned when i try to log in when i go back to the phillipines for Vacation b:sad

    i also have a question about this. Im in the military and may be stationed in Japan this time next year and im wondering if i will still be able to play.

    Try logging on the forums in the said countries. If you are allowed to log in, Im pretty sure the region is not banned. When I was in China on vacation, I was not even allowed to log onto the forums.
