    Have you heard of the funny Chair Ref system they tried out in the past weekend?? There we some cool new rules being tested out.

    I thought some were good with the no-touch icing. A weird one was the when you iced the puck, the team who goes on the offensive chooses his puck-drop partner. To me thats just a time waster and will slow the game down.

    Anyyways, I am going on and on.

    Hybrid Icing won't work if I think it is what your talking about. The rules where the it will be called based on where the offensive players reach the center line or something like that based on where the defensive player is??

    I am sure you would not mind Malkin signing on with the Oiler. They could use anything to help out these years. They been getting the **** end of the stick for a while now.

    If you knew hockey like you say you do, then you would know that you need atleast your first two lines to be major contributors in the game. So, why put Crosby and Malkin on the same line?

    And Crosby makes everyone around him better. Malkin is just good alone, just like Ovechkin.

    God, I am excited to start watching some hockey. Playing on the lake, there is nothing better. Comeon winter. b:pleased

    Two years ago I had seven foot high snow banks around my drive-way. The whole front yard was about 6 feet high so I dug a hole because I was bored.

    Best part of snow, no need for a cooler to keep your beer cold when playing hockey ouside.

    My goodness, don't even bring up Spezza's name. He is sooo over-payed for what he produces. I consider him a player who has fallen short of what he was supposed to have been as a player. And I have followed his career considering I live near him and go to his home games.

    He even admits to knowing he makes an enourmous amounts of bad passes and will not change his game.

    I am sure Malkin would be beneficial on a first line but when you can roll two super lines like the Penguins could, then why not??

    They even had Stall rolling a strong 3rd line. Theres a reason they made the finals two years in a row.

    **About Crosby being a baby, he has been a baby but has changed a lot. The issue is people want to hate him and call him that. They can't stand the fact that he has changed a lot. Why would Mark Messier "The Moose" give him the NHL Leadership award two years in a row??? IJS.

    I trust Messiers opinion.
