    The server has been down since i logged this morning at 9am and now its after 1pm now thats longer than 20 mins ... Is there a GM available for comment on how long this problem will last??

    no and we stil not have heard anything from maintenance either
    they could have said something in here atleast
    like they know and working on it
    now is just if we al are talking to nobody besides other people who also can not log onto the game

    PLEASE let us know something

    They are all tucked up in bed, thinking everything went fine, but it hasent thats why we havent had no updates on what the **** is happening. We must get some sort of compensation for this like triple drops or something.

    Was online, was even First online on server, cause i got the message "FIRST" in front of the screen ... but then, DC at World Questing ... and now i see the server is down again ?b:sad

    wel it is down already for al long time wonder when they are going to tell us something
    if they even noticed it already
    for me it was 8am when they went offline for maintenance now it is 3pm

    b:lipcurl when you press "Switch" button, you see all ping from ALL OTHER servers ....


    and ---- for Heaven Tear ... the last one to be mounted, the last one that is having huge problems ... b:surrender

    Why are gms (or software employees) doing updates in the middle of the night ? Once they started the game, do they go to bed and finish ?b:shutup

    I have been on already, the server was back online, but went to school for 2 hours, come back and see server down again... how strange

    I have been on after the maintenance, signed out, then tried to sign back in straight after and it didnt work ;-;

    Been more than 45 min since I got on and Heaven's Tear server is offline. How come HT server is the only one that seems to be offline all the time.

    no...what is the case is...server is up but apparently...imagine it like this
    two boxes. both responsible for having heavens tear working. when one box gets full of player it redirects you to another box. and other box is down. those who cant enter are experiencing other box.
    i managed to get in 2 times. with alts unfortunately. trying with my main now.

    b:angry to be true, i can tell you that the server isn t DOWN really ! A friend is in but is online since the short time we could connect.

    The only thing that isn t good, is that the connection to the server is now impossible.b:cry

    OK I can't log in it gets to 20 seconds and unable to log to server what the hell is going on it is well after maintainance also.

    Any Solutions?

    Well; it seems the only thing we can do is wait!~ xP Do what I'm doing; if you can be patient find something else to kill your time. Work/Sleep/Design/Eat/Clean Something to get your mind off of it.

    But if you're like me and you can't wait, simply go onto a PvP or another PvE server and start anew. Like a squishy; course it won't be permanent, just something to keep you in game and at least keep you busy. Then when server is back on; you can leave and rejoice with your awesome level and tricked out gear.

    they say heavens tear need an hour more work so that is now like 6 hours more work if they are working on it

    the servers up just some ppls apparently cant enter
    ive bean in for a couple hours now.. some friends of mine still cant connect
    A solution many suggest is restarting ur pc or router
    It works for many of the people i knw
    and if that dsnt work jsut be patient i bet theyre getting it fixd atm b:thanks
