    Looks like some kind of technical issue i recon, or they have deleted everyones account on there and trying to work out what to do next b:laugh b:laugh

    o: Maybe give everyone a level 100 char with full Nirvana/CS stuff? I mean...no one would really notice since practically a lot of people already are 100+ with that stuff. e_e;

    wel weird is I can log into the game on my slow laptop

    but whatever I do it does not work on my pc

    so what is wrong there

    I updated my game and have the same issue..Cant get in and its NOT maintenance

    hmmm it would be nice to see a response as to what the situation is with Heaven's Tear and that they are working on the situation.
    Or is it that they have gone to bed thinking that all is well and they'll come into work tomorrow as normal?

    they could be so nice and give us an update about what is wrong and how much time they think it is stil going to take to get it al working
    I mean alot of people stil can not get on while there are some who seem to be able to log onto the game
    that would be a nice gesture

    Common NOW pwi u want to get 130k likes, DONT forget you can unlike something on facebook, do u really want your numbers to start going backwards do you? Common these people deserver a response from you. Why is it some people can log in and some people cant. Like it says in one of the comments.. needs to be sorted

    Some pplz in HT can log in but some still show offline. I can't log in either b:cry

    so when do we hear something I mean alot of people spend money in this game even if the game is free and they now can not even log on to it
    and nobody responds to us here telling what or why and how long it is going to be
    think that is atleast one thing that you can do that would atleast be nice and let us know why some can log in and seems to be most can not I see alot of new characters on another server I made one to
    just to pass time while waiting til I can lo into my normal account on Heavens Tear
    so please let us hear something

    there are al 5 pages full with questions from people about why must say enough to get a respond

    I'm wondering if this is a Vista problem?
    My older computer that is XP has loaded the HT server, where as my Vista laptop still shows zero population on HT and is unable to log me in. b:sad

    Ok all, I know the problem..
    It is the update-server.
    I am using updateserver 2, wich makes HT look offline.
    My girlfriend is playing at this minute i am writing this reply. She has been playing for about half an hour now...
    She updates on updateserver 1.

    I use patch 1 when I update all the time. Says HT is offline for me. This is not the problem.

    I have even tried a delete and reinstal of game and still getting same problems and have tried us patcher1. It still comes up as all on EXCEPT Heavens Tear.... Have tried lots of other ways and still nothing... so going bk to play a diffrent game until heavens tear comes bk for me and others as well. Good luck all... Dont be supprised if its not done anytime soon. They all must be in bed thinking everything is fine and working BUT its acctually not. b:angry b:angry b:angry

    I'm using Vista, too...but what bewilders me is that every other server still works BUT Heaven's Tear. s:
