am in lvl30 sin now...an i suddenly decided to read the storyline dialog (for the first time) of the commander in chief ranks introduction...i realized that it gave me alot of info that i will need.

normally i dont read the quest's storyline dialog. i just select "yes yes yes". but after this one it occurred to me that maybe i've missed out alot of info over the last 30 lvls. do u think thats true? an is there a way to check bk those info?!!

an do i really need to read those dialogs?!?!

if i wanted to read i would read my own school books xDDD

i know i'm a lazy scum xDDD o.o

p.s: i'm new to the game as u probably guessed....so i think i really need all that info..specially important ones o.o

I would say you don't need to read the quest info. I used to read them when I first started playing but then it got boring. Usually it just explains what the quest is about. I don't read them anymore. If you ever get confused about something it could be in the help pop-up (hotkey: L), or you could just post on the forum. I never read the information from commander-in-chief but I'd guess he talks about ranks and reputation, which I already know about. Some important NPCs may have useful information (like when the elder talks about crafting skills) but for most quest NPCs its pretty useless

    99.942% they would be useless
coming of age: will and the one culti have hints that can help you for the quest
but you can always consult the forum

i read the text during the first 22 levels of my wiz, it was fun.
you learn about the "history" of pwi etc
but it slows down leveling XD

how about having fun instead of expecting the worse?b:thanks

You could read the stuff to appreciate the translators' work.

I know I do, but it's generally relatively not important to consult. But who knows when a hint or two may be hidden there.
Maintenance time. Please choose a line:
    - When is it over? OMG I need my fix!! *super spazzing*
    - Fix the damn bugs, dammit! I'm so angry! I'll quit!!
    - New codes out there? I like free stuff~ *wink*
    - When will we get new content? QQ
    - Will we get sales? I got a ton of gold to spend.
    - I'm bored, I'll create a useless thread to annoy Opkorock.
    - *Incessant poking on Sweetiebot* Fun~

Generally you don't need to read them. Things like Cultivation, sure, if you want
