where can i find volacanic or crystalline magmite

Yo guys i want to know where can i find a volcanic or crystalline magmite and which one is better??

    They can both be found around/inside the Human FB 19 (The one north-ish of Etherblade.)

    Volcanic is just outside and inside Firecrag Grotto; Crystalline is by Timberfield.

    Crystalline has marginally better stats and comes with sandblow 2 and roar 1 (IIRC); the volcanic comes with sandblow 1, roar 1 and tough 1.

    Both are outperformed by the glacial walker, though, which is found on Wavebreaker Cliffs north or Raging Tide, which comes with icicle 2, roar 2 and tough 2.

    Correction , Crystalline has Bash 2 and sandstorm 1

    Other points which have not yet been mentioned:

    The volcanics are elite mobs. You are not going to be able to solo-tame them at level 19. At least not without first taming a crystalline, and even then I'm not sure your tame will finish casting before your pet is dead and the volcanic has beat you to a bloody pulp. You know those nasty darkbreed wolves outside untamed FB19? Same idea.

    The cost to port to Etherblade or Raging Tide and back is 2k. You'll frequently see magmite and walker eggs being sold for ~3k. You are probably better off just buying one of those instead of making the trip to tame one yourself. The time saved should easily make up for the extra 1k in cost. (Of course if you enjoy traveling and taming stuff yourself, by all means go do it.)

    I'd recommend the glacial walker instead, though it can be a pain getting to them at low level.

    I tamed a Torren Brave or Torrin I forget the correct name of the pet but it has a Bash 2 Sandblow 2 and tough 1 I do believe and that pet has done me wonders, he is really strong physically and I can take some elites at my lvl of 34, But I will tame a glacial walker because I hear they are pretty good too so I am going to try one out, wish me luck.
