Hi there,
i found this quest http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/quest/21202 that rewards you with this http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/items/26674 (an HP charm with 1.2mil hp on it)

Is this Tideborn only? It looks like it is. If so, what the hell? Where is MY quest to get given a charm like this? Playing favorites much? If I am wrong, then all apologies.
What else are teh fish people getting that the rest of us aren't (apart from the skill to be able to PK any one at any time wit out being detected?)

    Cool thanks for ur help. ive done it up to the tideborn traitor. I see the next bit after that is a hidden quest, as per the walkthru comment
    Lost Crystal
    - Speak with the Elder (657, 143)
    - Kill the Tideborn Traitor for the Raw Crystal (Located at the Same Place of the Spiralshell crabs around 638, 177),
    BOSS INFORMATION: Tideborn Traitor, Unknown Level ([?]), 100000 HP, Metal Long Range Magic Attack, Physical Attack
    - Report to the Elder (657, 143)
    - Rewards: Coins (31320), EXP (74698), Spirit (18675)
    - Continue onto the Hidden Quest "Sorrow Shore"
