Mount Question

Hi everyone. First, if this is in the wrong thread I'm sorry! Anyways, I'm having an issue with my Scarlet Ninetails I just bought from another player. It isn't in an egg and I can't mount it. I keep getting an error saying "this item cannot be used" and I'm the required lvl as well. Any ideas or help please would be appreciated. Thank you!

    You just BOUGHT it from another player? That is, you can see an item called Scarlet Ninetails in your inventory? If that is the case, it is actually in egg form even though it doesn't look like an egg. Go to a Pet Manager, select the first option, Hatch Egg to Pet, and drag your Ninetails over, and click OK (with I think a 100coin fee). Then, click P, which opens up your pet bag. You can summon the mount from there.

    Can also drag the icon to a shortcut bar and summon it as well. Then you won't have to open the pet window up all the time b:victory
