It wont connect to server

I just downloaded the game, and at the beginning box, it says it can't connect to server. Also it wont let me update the patches. And I get to the screen to log in, but it wont let me log in. please help

    Well PWI went out of business a couple of months back so thats the problem.

    Well, you have horrible grammar. First, you should never start a sentence with a conjunction.
    Also, launcher shouldn't be capitalized. Lastly, if you are going to offset information with commas you need two for the excess information. I will give you a "corrected" version even though it makes my stomach wrench at the thought of starting a sentence with a conjunction.

    Did you even read the article or just straight up google and paste the link?

    It says it is OK using it in CONVERSATION or in plays and other works of entertainment. It also said that it was prevalent in the 1700s.

    Also, if we don't treat everything as if it were a six (type the number out it is only three letters) page essay than ten to twenty years from now we will all be mentally challenged and be sitting on the computer talking like three year olds.

    I did read the link, reason it took me more then (than, might get killed for it) 10mins to reply. And if you notice it's a tinyurl link not a link from google >.>

    Implying that you read my post the exact second I replied and you instantly read the article for ten minutes. You are also implying that tinyurl takes a rocket scientist to use and takes more than five seconds to create.

    It's an article not a book, doesn't take long to read, unless you have reading capabilities of a fourth grader.

    Off topic but I prefer to type in more or less correct grammar and spelling. I am less likely to take a post seriously if it contains no punctuation or capitalization, so if you'd like your posts to be taken seriously, you should put some effort into the presentation as well. Even if you know perfectly well how to use correct grammar and spelling, to everyone else, not using it is the same as not knowing it. Of course this is the internet and I am sometimes more lax about certain things, but typing in text-speak is a no-no.

    I'd take Rhyme's side on this one.

    if your game version is not up to date, and if you run the game directly from the [element] folder you might get an error. Go to the Launcher and see what version you are running (should say in small words)
