Server error on new account

on sanctuary, i cant create a new character, says" server error" when i click confirm to create

    Since Heavens Tear, Sanctuary, and Archosaur are based of of the same User Database, You can only have 8 in total between all servers. You need to delete a character or make a new account.

    the exact same thing is happening to me. except its not a new account. but i still have room on my character panel... b:cry

    Dead server is Dead. Server activity is at an all time low; it's probably just another way to keep server populations down. Here's what it looks like on my screen:

    Dunno, sounds like a legitimate issue though.

    Well they don't care what they actually do to the game, but basic functionality is something they depend on for revenue... so no idea unless they don't actually own their own servers, which is quite possible as the area they're located is relatively close to a few server farms.

    What actually happened? A few of my frens tried for the past few hours but kept getting this server network error. Anybody knows when the problem will be fixed?

    Sadly, I'm getting the same thing. I was hoping to start playing again - after quitting another game due to a really... offensive comunity? - (passed my level 9 or so archer) on my wizard... *sigh* Everything always seems to **** out on me when I least expect it ><

    Is Heaven's Tear Server full ? I can't find the stickied thread about this subject anywhere. :/

    Was hoping to join HT since my friends are there... But with this error I don't think I'll be able to any time soon lol.

    Would have been nice if there'd been some sort of announcement if the servers were full... I wouldn't have bothered making an account in the first place. b:surrender

    Yeah it works, for the most part, yet I got the error once (after it was "fixed"). It worked after I restarted my computer, though... Hope it stays like this and doesn't mess up again. See you all in Heaven's Tear. :3
