the barb is the traditional tanking class: high hp+aggro skills
a veno can tank with a (suitable) pet, especially with a legendary pet name hercules
blademasters are ok tanks at the end game they are the best if the gears are good
assasins can tank too with good gear...
archers can tank with good gear...

actually it's a matter of gears. but barb is the traditional, easy to build tank.
the other tanks should invest a lot in gear (that will pay off)
if you want just to tank i would say barb or bm. but in a squad with barb + bm usually the barb tanks

2. no idea, there are customisations for the keys though

3. you can talk to the global channel (need to spend money and be >5lvl)
you can speak to ppl around you...if you are surrounded be new players that maybe is not effective. you can go to your major city (Plume, Lost, Tides, Etherblade) or even archosaur and ask there. Dont forget that there are many alts of experienced players in that "noob zone" XD
joining a faction will help.
also there are some chatrooms, try entering one of them.
There is also an in-game encyclopaedia.

4. Generally the fora is a place where knowledge stays and can help others. Try searching and you might find what you want. Or just make a topic and ask. In the game, many players actually play the game and dont have time to explain.

5. no bots, no multiple accounts in one pc. one account for every pc.
