Here's a handy list of all the Sage/Demon skills, and where they can be found:

Aqua Impact: I believe that this only drops from bosses in Eden, Brimstone, Seat (Hellfire Abomination), Abaddon.
Black Voodoo: MP, Peachblossom Ritualist, Abaddon
Landslide: MP
Soul of Vengeance: MP
Spirit Blast: I believe that this only drops from bosses in Eden/Brimstone.
Tide Form: I believe that this only drops from bosses in Eden/Brimstone.
Torrent: MP
White Voodoo: MP

Aqua Cannon: MP, AMP, BOOK
Aqua Spirit: MP, AMP, BOOK
Bubble of Life: MP
Diminished Vigor: BOOK

Advanced Mystical Pages: Aqua Cannon, Aqua Spirit, Disturb Soul, Earthen Spirit, Empowered Vigor, Red Tide, Sand Trap, Soul of Silence, Soul of Stunning, Soulburn
Old Book Pages: Aqua Cannon, Aqua Spirit, Diminished Vigor, Earthen Spirit, Empowered Vigor, Glacial Shards, Sand Trap, Sandburst Blast, Soul of Silence, Soul of Stunning

And finally, it appears that both of our primary DD skills, Aqua Impact and Spirit Blast, along with Tide Form, can only be obtained as a rare drop from Phlebo or Ethereal Abomination in Eden and Brimstone.

If any of this information is wrong, please let me know and I'll correct it.

    Aqua Impact also drops from Peachblossom Ritualist.

    I'd love to get replies here about people actually getting sage or demon psychic book drops from bosses and specifically which boss dropped which book!

    I just got a Sage Black Voodoo book drop from the Peachblossom Ritualist, the final boss of Abaddon.

    If you get book drops, please post them here so we can track what comes from where!

    Hellfire Abomination (SOT Boss) also drops Sage Black Voodoo. Got 1 today from my bh run. If anyone in HT wants to buy it just pm me in-game =)

    Please post here if you have gotten a psychic skill book dropped from an instance boss. Specifically, I'm looking for verified drops of Aqua Impact, Spirit Blast, and Landslide!

    Sage bubble of life is also droped in abba by the peachblossum, thats right aoe purify! xD

    All 89 skills have a chance to drop in Abaddon and Seat of Torment from the last boss in each. Tide Form is not available in this version of the game. I have never heard of a Psychic book dropping from Eden/Brimstone, though the claim was that Aqua Impact, Spirit Blast, and Tide Form all should.

    Only advice I can give is to keep eye open on WC and to stalk the AH daily(even multiple time). I got both that way over a few months.

    Yeah, Im a Demon Psy, which is extremely rare. Or maybe Im the only Demon Psy in PWI lol. Currently, my only skill I have in Demon form is Spirit Blast.

    Same skills are extremely rare. For example yesterday I bought sage glacial shards from AH.
    starting bid was 20M/ Then stared war of bidding. I loose temper and when price was about 30M I bought it for 50M. I know is it very much, but I never was this skill in AH before.

    Considerer yourself lucky. On my server, someone was selling sandburst blast for 70mil on the WC. I refused to buy it at that price. Sure, it come from OBP x20 (aka 8-10mil easy), got a 10% chance for eitheir sandburst blast or glacial shard (exclusive to OBP), half the book in the book clip are **** that goes for 500k-2mil at most and rest are 4-10mil in worth. Only ever made 4 book clip, got 2 ****, soul of silence and glacial shard. Money well spend, but was still costly.

    That was exactly I was thinking. 20 books x 600K=12M coins per just one try. If you have only 10% to get glacial shards book it can be easily 50M(in fourth tries 12Mx4=48M)) with no guarantee of getting this book.

    Don't count on getting Sage Aqua Impact or Spirit Blast. Those are only available through the Bossdrop, and are rare as hell. Especially Aqua Impact alone goes for several tens of millions.
