Celestial Tiger Event BUGGED!! Wizzies screwed :S

I was attending the event at Plume in RT server, i talked to the NPC twice, got the event invitation and everything and departed to do some herb farming, it was my 2nd time doing the event, the 1st i just killed mobs.

When i had farmed 4 or 5 herbs i opened the event window to see my ranking, i was 2nd of wizzies, but i had 0 cont... 1st place had less than 100 cont. I thought: "maybe i should wait for refresh" so i farmed another herb and opened the window again, and i was 3rd now, still with 0 cont. So i opened my bag and found my herbs there, i tryed left-clicking, double click, relog, turn them in at the NPC, even selling them to NPCs and nothing.

Then i asked in faction chat what to do with herbs and a wizard was having the same problem, all other classes were getting their contribution, i checked other classes' cont in event window and they all had some, only wizzies were at 0's.

When event was about to finish my herbs started to disappear and give me cont, i had some in bank so i went for them and the disappered too. Soon after, all bosses were down, "world was at peace again" and i was 17th among wizzies, with 1K~ cont, priceless and feeling hatred towards GMs for this failed event.

So my question is: WTH happened?!? anyone else had the same problem or it's just me? b:surrender

If you did have the same problem: which class and what server?

b:cry i want event packs... :(

    Erm contrib for wizzys worked fine on HT, mine got 6.3k contrib just from the visiting quests and the highest score was about 10k which suggests that killing mobs worked too.

    It could be that you were out of quest slots. The event takes one or two and then you need a quest slot to receive the quest to get the cont. for the herb. I've had that happen to me a few times during the nien event and had to trash a quest.

    Oh, there's something else. After this happened i went to rage-AoE some mobs untill i had enough, back in town i noticed that the Mailbox had a golden flag on it, also it was displayed as a purple dot on the mini map.

    I clicked on Quest Related and there was a "successful" event quest, i tryed to claim my reward but nothing happened, the window just closed normaly but there still was this flag thingie.

    I tryed a couple of times more, then i reloged and i got the "failed quest" message (like when you pass lead after tabbing in FB).

    The flag was gone, no reward b:surrender

    Sorry i forgot to post this yesterday :P

    For this part, remember that after the final event ranking for all players occurs, you only have a few minutes to talk to a mailbox and receive your reward. If you take too long to reach the mailbox, you end up forfeiting your prize.

    Yeah, i know that. But with 1K contribution, you're not supposed to get any reward right? I mean, you dont even get random cont and there's no chest next to your name in event window. Also, i noticed the flag like 2 hours after the event ended

    Could it be that all wizards on your server are coincidentally backwards-****?

    If not, then wow...
    That is one IMMENSE and HYSTERICAL game bug. My Schadenfreude meter is bursting with ecstacy just picturing the look on the Wizards' faces when they realize their event list is bugged.

    Forgot to check this time. But at first event, on Dreamweaver, there were lots of 0's at the 20 list of Wizzys.

    I just thought that there were not enough Wizzys at event.
