hey all any1 know if the GMs will make old hevens tear daggers?

Oh, just three more levels and you, too, get to try your luck on them Nirvana daggers. That's gonna be awesome when you get Sacrificial Strike, +HP and +Magic. And then you spent seven quintillion Raptures rerolling, until you get God of Frenzy, -0.05 Interval and some +dex. Have fun.

Strongly doubt it as the Tideborn do not fit into the games original story line for OHT.
If anything there would be something separate made as a compensation in a different area.
By compensation I'm also including the non-stated example of here's a 20% dq price cut so here's some permanent +30 attack level charms if you go make a facebook and do something outside of the game in order to win at playing the game.
Or you get no daggers, but here's 3rd spark back in stealth... oh wait that one sounds too much like a QQ getter b:chuckleI can see what you see not,

Actually the past storyline is pritty damn nice, and verry well thought through. It came from back when the devs still cared9 out of 10 voices in my head say I'm not crazy... the 10th is singing the music of tetris0 -

H&T are not too far behind TT99 in terms of damage. Even at both +7'ed and having the same shards, TT80 still out DPS TT99, with just a couple of interval gears. The gap increases more with more interval gears involved, as 0.05 second at higher attack speed is bigger % gap than at lower speed.

In the 2 links, the DPS for H&T, is
(3432+4367)/2*(1.67)=6512
while DPS for TT99 with same refine and shards is
(3650+4778)/2 *(1.54) = 6489.
Ignoring the crit difference on the build with H&T because these are incomplete gears and the 13 DEX might not add extra crit with other DEX from gears.
TT99 naturally wins in DPH, but it's only by 8%. Consider it's 2 grades higher and both refined at avearage refine amount of +7, that's not too much difference for daggers costing 10 times as much.
Another benefit of H&T is that you can add second socket for pretty cheap, while G12 takes 2k socket stones. So the more likely comparison of those 2 daggers in game are actually 2 gems on TT80 vs one on TT99.

With one shard short, the DHP of TT99 only wins by 4.5%. This number gets smaller with higher grade shards.
Why am I still using TT80 at 99? They are sooo much cheaper and not too much worse by comparison in price.
I'll need TT99 later for recast, but ATM, H&T does ok and money is better spent else where in terms of improvement per coin.0 -

I'm not saying TT99 is not better, just that the damage on H&T is not as bad as she or most people think.0 -
true, I will use H&T for a long time, it is a good dagger with cheap price, and how I can't buy all items interval, H&T help me much.0

WTF? That's a PvP combo. Use that in PvE and you'd be waiting a whole minute or two between mobs.
TS - Spark - RDS - auto (substitute IH for RDS if it is still in cooldown)

If you have mobs that can take all of that without dying before you get to the "auto attack" part, you're doing something wrong.
Bosses, on the other hand, are a different story. Then again, when fighting bosses, you should already have 2 sparks, in which case you'd be more likely to go:
Rib Strike -> Spark -> Auto -> RDS -> Spark -> Auto -> IH -> Spark -> Auto
And also, using Rib Strike that late kinda makes it useless. Same with Puncture Wound, since it's a DoT.
