Squad Aggression Bars

I would like to suggest something similar to a WoW addon. When in squad it would be nice for there to be a meter or something showing aggro levels/values generated for squad members when fighting bosses.

    You mentioned the evil game starting with "W", shame on you. (Naming other MMOs in the forum isn't allowed)

    And I'm sure an Aggro Metre was already suggested once.

    But well... not that necessary in my eyes though. If you have the aggro you have it, if you lose it you lose it... c'est la vie.

    I agree with Silvy. Also, I find it MUCH more fun when an idiot dies because they steal aggro. Teaches lessons. Sometimes.

    No. Go learn it. The people who knows how to control aggro knows how to control it, might have the occasional slip up. For the people that don't know how to control it, it won't help them either.

    just feel sry for all those peeps used to be charmed on bhs where everything aoe

    to good party add one hypered and cs'ed archer or fist, and you can subtract 100k from charm b:chuckle

    I'm a barb with 20 vit.... I cant go one BH without another barb with higher HP saying they will tank and I steal aggro in humanoid on boss and get killed without using and skills or sparking... just auto attack. my squads dont listen to me when i say I will steal agro becuase I do it on a daily basis >_>

    Well maybe you should add more vit or not steal aggro.

    Or roll a BM/Sin/whatever if you like to DD and aggro stuff.

    Than start thinking like a DD and control your dmg. It's really not that hard, here are a few trics to get you started:
    Jones blessing: If you feel you are stealing aggro, take it off. It'll take away 30% of your dmg. OMG, you just nurfed your dmg without even paying attention
    True form. Wait a sec, doesn't true form reduce dmg by some %? OMG, if I go auto attack in true forum isntead of humanoid, I'll do less dmg, and steal less aggro. Ofcourse, unles I am a moron and use flesh ream

    but they havent even implemented a chi bar yet...

    personally i would like them to fix whats broken before adding new things
    Killing level 80's with a lvl 60 is a lot more fun than killing level 90's with a level 100.

    I like being a barb, and I'm not trying to be a DD. When there are two barbs in a squad wouldn't it be typical for squad to have the barb with twice as much hp as the other to tank? Roll PvP server and then tell everyone to stick to a "pure PvE" build. I like my build and I'm not changing it; would just be nice to show the "tank" in the squad that they need to start building more aggro, or to show ppl playin DD to lay off a bit more.

    I don't use my Jones blessing when I'm not tanking because of the aggro issue; additionally I stopped using skills and don't even spark now. I only auto attack; if a BM uses dragons, veno amps, or someone decides to use extreme poison they just nerfed the tanks ability to keep aggro THAT much more to anyone that deals a significantly higher amount of damage than them >_>. I only have level 1 true form because of the lesser damage reduction and that I still get full defense increase. People also like to assume you generate more aggro in tiger so it's become rule of thumb that if ur not tanking, don't go tiger. No factual info supporting this, but some ppl believe it. I doubt it, but my damage difference between tiger and humanoid is so little it doesn't really even matter. The only time I plan to level my true form is when I have hell true form ready for no damage reduction. Also u know... auto attack does imply using no skills; how about that one moron =P

    i thought that was kinda implied as seeing your aggro meter wont do u any good unless u know the aggro meter of those in ur squads as well.
