Banned. Please help. Needs to be unbanned T_T

I have no idea for what reason that my other account got banned, but I forgot the email used for the account so I couldn't send a ticket with the email, therefore this thread here. I didn't **** nor bot. I just tried to bypass my school's net which was blocking the game and I got banned. How can the account be unbanned?

    This is the issue that got you banned, using a proxy to get online thinks PWI that you're logging on anonymously from which the client/server can't identify you of your ISP of where you live at on the globe therefore banning you, you have to send in a ticket to support for this.
