Can't repair things...

So, when I try to repair stuff it doesn't work. I click on the repair all button, it asks me if I am sure and show me the amount of money I have to pay (and yes, I have enough money), I click yes and.... nothing happens.
The durability of all my stuff is still the same, my amount of money is still the same, nothing changed. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

    press repair in the shop, now click on the item you want to repair.

    Yeah, tried that too, doesn't work either... When I click repair and then try to click anything, it just simple ignores my clicking and nothing happens!

    not all npc's can perform the task of repairing items.

    try another npc, like the blacksmith.

    They changed it a few patches ago... before almost every npc you could sell or buy stuff from could repair gear, now its very limited and I find it annoying, but yeah, look in the little General box chat window, it would say Service Unavailable

    I heard someone say if a item is broken you cant repair it you have to get a certain stone called a yaya stone or something? Please help.

    I also can't repair stuff, my sword broke and now I'm using the newbie one I started with, it's annoying.
