Dragon OF tiger or Citrine shards.?

For a pvp/pk sin whats better ?.. Having 1k more HP. or 15-20 more Atack LVL.
I see lots of sins/bm/barbs . add DoT in Cape and Warsould Helmet .is it worth it ?

any advices will help .. kty .

    If you just hide in stealth till you see a squishy you can kill real easy i guess the attack lvls would be better but in real pvp i would go with the hp cant attack anything if you are dead

    i would suggest attack lvls. Sins are supposed to kill w/o even being attacker as you have headhunt throatcut and lvl 100 dagger hace range +2 wich means u wont get attacked if you use tackling slash and normal attack. So attack levels will help you more but you can also make a mix like 10 attack levels and 500 more hp.

    /\ good luck on tw being 1shoted by every 6x lvls when ur 8x with. It will be just like... hope to kill 1 guy b4 ur dead. Sins already got very high dps. With fc daggers on 94 lvl i can kill 95+ cleric on 1 crit for 7-8k w/o spark just headhunt so no need to get more dmg.
