Qingzi Weapon Token I (WTF)

So I recently did a Qingzi run with a bunch of users to get my first weapon token. I had gotten one before on my assassin, so I continued through the quest skipping through the dialog prompts that say various things like "you killededed him here iz ur token yay!!". I turned the quest in to the General in Raging Tides then I quickly accepted the part II quest so that it may haunt me until I reach the appropriate level.

I gathered materials to go make my new legendary weapon when I realized something is missing. b:shocked

I never received my weapon token.
Now, I assumed my inventory was full, so I sold some things then I returned to the general to see if he still had the item for me. There was no flag-badge-thing above his head.

I check my bank, my mail box, EVERYTHING.
I even sign on to my assassin to check to see if I still had my weapon token (I did) just to double check if the item was something tangible that showed up in your regular inventory.

Has anyone else had this happen to them?
Is there anything I can do?

ALSO: If this is in the wrong spot, please feel free to move this. Or if there has already been a thread like this, please redirect me.

You either get mirages or the weapon mold...You are never 100% to get the weapon...b:surrender

If it makes you feel better you can use them to refine your equipment to increase your soulforce. b:victory
