here is my build.

3 str 2 vit evens
3 str 1 vit 1 dex odds

    I'm no expert in Barb, but you won't need to reroll, you're level 15, you can fix your mess ups easy, you don't seem to have put any points in mag, so no harm done.

    This sounds okay, except for one thing. You should work on DEX more early on. At this rate, you will have 60 DEX when you're level 120, which doesn't exist. You'll be missing hits A LOT. By level 40-50, I recommend having your DEX around 50-60. This means adding at least 1 DEX every level up until this point. Since bosses are easy to tank, and mobs are fairly easy at these levels, it's okay to pump some DEX. After you get DEX to ~60, you can ignore it and focus strictly on STR and VIT.

    For STR, I'd check the latest weapon requirement for how much STR you need, and then figure out how much you need to allocate into STR until you reach that level. Extra STR isn't even as useful as extra DEX imo, since even 5 points of STR doesn't boost your attack or defense much, and 5 points of VIT instead would be a lot more useful. So don't add any unnecessary STR.

    Edit: Didn't explain my reasoning.... 5 extra points of DEX > STR, because DEX boosts evasion and accuracy quite a lot relative to the STR boosts for atk/def. But still, any extra points, put it into VIT.
