27 veno (stats 35 vit 90 mage 20 str 5 dex)

I was killing heartless wolfs near Yansheng (lvl 35) and a cleric asked if I could help her kill him
so I was like sure lets get a barb to help us.

20 mins later no one would help so I thought..
Let me see how much damage he hits on my G Walker.
It took a spam load of pet healing but once I got the control down I did ok
had my pet buff it's def as I got its hp full then unbuffed Yansheng and DD.

After that I was like whoa!

It kinda makes me respect the class more knowing that even without great gear you can do a pretty decent job.

    Enjoy it while it lasts. It won't be much longer --- boss damage skyrockets, so you'll have to put considerable level differences into it before you can tank them, and eventually you will no longer be able to since there simply aren't enough levels in the game.

    Soloable "bosses" are few and far between.
    Slow progress, game is getting way too grindy :-( Quests I still hope to be able to do some day: FB39, General Feng

    Yeah must of the lower bosses we can solo. You can solo farng too.

    The adawolf krixxix though is a different story.

    Actually, Krixxix can be tanked at a reasonable level, but only if you have the correct type of pet. His magic damage is less than his melee damage, so you'll have to fight him with a magical tanker that possesses a ranged attack. Between levels 1 and 41, there are two pets known to meet these requirements: the Eldergoth Marksman (level 41), or any of the low-level cactopods. I soloed Krixxix at level 43, using a Soft Cactopod. That's the last boss I soloed without having to be a much higher level, though.

    You can also use the cactopod or eldergoth against Suzerix, who is the same species as Krixxix, but you'll have to have a much higher level (and you'll need a Cleric or some pots to get through the AoE).

    I was quite amazed at my pet as well (also Glacial Walker) and it's ability to tank mobs 5 levels above me and even boss types (Fenng) with little effort.

    Also on the crazy pirate (think thats the name, got a quest at 35 to kill it) and it was effortless, even at such a low level (think I got the quest in the level 35 reward chest)

    Tried Krix at level 37 and ouch, he pieced my GW in 3 hits. Now I see the correct way to deal with him, I can't wait to get level 41 and get my Marksman pet and try it out.

    I am also surprised by the undine supreme and water mobs. Very nice tanker pet for those quests.

    Lower level mini bosses are easy as hell, but they get ALOT harder!

    I could spam heal Charr with my level 25 or 26 melee veno lol

    when i was 25 i was soloing 34s w/o a pet

    When I still played veno, I was lvl 65 and farmed lvl 90 mobs for cash.
