Questions Regarding Bound Items

I have a few scenarios regarding a bound item.

1st Scenario:
I have a bound Unicorn (TT70 Green Bow)
Can I decompose it into a souledge for CH:SS?

2nd Scenario:
I have a bound Heaven Shatter
Can this HS be upgraded to Nirvana?
If so, will the Nirvana weapon be bound?

3rd Scenario:
I have a bound TT60 crossbow
[If] I can decompose it in to a souledge for TT70 crossbow, will my TT70 crossbow be bound?

    Binding Charms
    Bound equipment will not drop if your character dies, and can not be traded, discarded, sold, or decomposed. You can destroy bound equipment at the PW Promotion Agent. The destroy process takes 72 hours, during which it can be canceled.
