You can find all necessary information about those new Rank IX by in-game Encyclopedia clicking on Gear... just need to type:

* For Weapons:
(bld) Axe: ★★Warflame Cleaver
(wiz) Magic Sword: ★★Tranquility Spellblade
(ea) Bow: ★★Nebulae Shooter
(ec) Glaive: ★★Sanctity Glaive
(wf) Wand: ★★Voidwalker Wand
(wb) Axe: ★★Overlord Battleaxe
(sin) Dagger: ★★Catastrophe Stinger
(psy) Soulsphere: ★★Miracle Soulsphere

* For Armors :
(bld): ★★Warflame
(wiz): ★★Tranquility
(ea): ★★Nebulae
(ec): ★★Sanctity
(wf): ★★Voidwalker
(wb): ★★Overlord
(sin): ★★Catastrophe
(psy): ★★Miracle

Necessary items to craft each piece of Rank IX including the ring:
1. 300k Reputation
2. 3 Medals of Glory (can be obtained randonly by winning TWs)
3. 32 General Summer's Tokens (1 = 9999 chips, 32 = 319968)

All classes has the same bonuses:
(2) pieces = Def. LV +10
(3) pieces = Crit. CHance +1%
(4) pieces = Att. LV +10
(5) pieces = Def. LV +10
(6) pieces = Att. LV +20

    Has anyone found how to make the General Summer's Tokens? I wanted to verify the rumors that they cost 9999 Mysterious Chips, so I checked at the Mysterious Merchant, but I don't see it there. Maybe I just didn't look hard enough.

    I'm curious what the individual set bonuses are, if they vary that is.

    As for where to make the tokens - at General Summer, yeah 10k chips per piece

    Try talking to General Summer. 1st option when window pops up should answer your question.

    I find it to be horrible enough when LC-tards go around with the HH (Herp Hurrrrr), WF, EA, etc., but to start making up new ones such as ec is just full-blown ****.

    rank 9 equips are now ingame? I can't believe why the devs make such overpowered endgame equipment .... oh well... I got all my skills again for level 49...

    Honestly... I refuse to spend 24/7 or a load of money just to get rank IX stuff. Through the game rank equipment fails for non-clerics/wizards/psychics/assassins anyways b:sweat

    Rank IX equipment is OP, not saying classes are OP, read my post properly you fail.

    I have Teribble M.DEF and I win/lose against magic classes 50/50 because simply I was faster/slower. So what if I am a "one shot" to you? You'd be a one shot to me too, I'd possibly can kill you with just stun lock at this level since your P.DEF is so bad you'll be an easy kill cause you die by bms 100% of the time, maybe it is cause your a fail psychic b:bye And GL trying to even survive nirvana if the bosses won't one shot you

    yulk, you're right. because an archer:
    1. needs a lot of HP to tank
    2. needs MP Recovery to use skills often, like an arcane user would, because normal shots suck
    3. needs Def. because we would rather fight up close than at max range.
    4. relies on skills, not normal shots so -int is worthless to us.

    Ever heard of a thing called interval? Rank gear is what makes archers one of the easiest classes to 5.0.

    If you had any experience what so ****ing ever you would know that if you got caught off guard by a bm with +10 decides and 5 aps, whatever they are attacking isnt going to last very long, hell even if they only have +5 and 2.5 aps they still wouldnt last that long if they get a stun off before you realize it youll probably end up in the ground and dead

    Also, if you didnt realize, arcane people, yes they have horrid physical defense unless your like Elayne and spend an assload on shards and refines... guess what, only way for them to actually survive being attacked is to not get attacked, if you cant kill someone before they get to you as an arcane that doesnt make you fail at all more then likely they have a crapload of hp/healed/potted/is charmed/what have you, enough to stay alive and get to you, but the second your hit, you will more then likely die, end of story

    Hell Im even 92, have 5.5k hp unbuffed (gear isnt fail whatsoever...) and I can be eaten alive by bms if they get to me first while Im caught off guard, and my physical defense isnt that bad, but then again light armor sucks anyway...

    So please, dont, dont even try to call people fail when in reality you have no ****ing clue what the hell you are talking about

    u trade the chips for tokens at summer in west arch by forges
