Fake avatars? o.O

Hello, I've been browsing the forum and looking around, and I hope this is in the right section.

I didn't have this issue yesterday when I first started this game, but it seems every other non NPC player either have this default serious looking face with pale skin (but when clicked on their avatar and looking at the top of the screen, the miniature face thing is of a COMPLETELY original/correct avatar), or their avatar is completely invisible. I'm not sure what's causing this or if it's a temp thing or what. I'm playing the windowed version of the game, does that make any difference (although it did'nt do this yesterday I don't think and it's on the same settings)?

    You sound like you have customization off. Look into the system/game settings in game and make sure that the customizations is checked.
