Disappearing Neinbeasts

Hi all, b:victory

I've just got back after a one year break. I have logged in a couple of times throughout the year, the last time must've been 3-5 months ago though. Me and my boyfriend both had Neinbeasts on our accounts. Upon logging back into our accounts, the slots they were in, in the pet bag are empty. They're not in the inventory, they're not in the safes. Did something happen to them? How do I go about finding out what happened to them?

I should note, everything else on the accounts is perfect, so it's not a case of being **** or whatever. The Neinbeasts are the only thing's missing so it got me thinking Perfect World had deleted them or something?

Can a GM look into this please or should I send into a ticket, or can someone fill me in on if this has happened to all Neinbeasts?

    We killed them all in the Nien events.

    While I can't say that I've heard of this happening before and would like to hear about it more myself, sadly you're only going to be told one thing.

    You're going to have to send in a ticket, and wait for a time (I believe 3 - 7 working days is the period they state) for a response from a GM.

    Hope you find out what happened to your mounts.

    Omg...fail of the year, folks. We forgot we created Tideborn characters when it was released!

    Well then you shouldn't have left them starving for 3-5 months. They ate their way out of the dusty pet bags and started hunting wabbits by Sanctuary on their own. They ended up eating too much and grown to enormous size. After eating up all the wabbits they set their eyes on humans, elves, fishes and furry people. We had to put them down with our demon sparks.
