unable to log in

my gf is playing from texas and have been playing for awhile. she was on this morning and just suddenly dced multiple times. The next thing she notice is that she can't log in. she tried the website and it doesnt work for her either. i told her to reload pwi and click update on the top of her browser. she get in but when she tries to log in it says unable to log in. it also says 40 seconds Elapsed time 20 seconds. her net is currently working, everything except anything related to pwi.

    I am having this same issue...I cannot stay logged in at all.

    had the same problem today also...but only couldnt log into west coast servers. had no problem with the east coast servers. it works now though. very strange...and i'm in texas also.

    how do u know if u are on a west or east coast server?

    i can't stay logged in for more then a few seconds.

    yeah i just waited it out about 2 hrs or so. and for whomever asked about how you know which coast, it is listed on the screen option when you pick which server to play on (lists the server name, coast, pvp/pve, and some other stuff that i always ignore)

    This happens to me only when my internet signal is weak, or limited bandwidth. Sometimes moving my router, unplugging my modem for 30 seconds and reconnecting does the trick.
