ok. heres the deal when i started off i got plenty of drops and could barely hold them in the inventory.

But now that im searching for items (namely cotton threads) and that im into my 30s in level the monster drops just dont seem to happen.

I talked to couple of my friends and they also seem to share this opinion.

Is this part of the game design to make things easy at first and then harder as it comes. Or am doing somthing wrong?

As i remember monster that drops cotton thread is around bellow or at lv 20
The higher your lv compared to the mob the chance to drop is lower
These was to avoid high lv farming lower lv mob

My advice try to check at pw database to find out monster around lv 3x that drop it

well i did check and the highest level mob that drops them is lev 17. I think i might have killed about 50 of them and got just 1 cotton thread. b:sad

Tough luck, maybe you can try to buy it from other people but look for cheap one.
Maybe play other character for awhile getting to lv 10 or 17 isn't hard.
(i recommend venomancer class since they the fastest leveler at early lv and very low cost if just as side character for farming needs)
Or maybe as someone who gladly share with you.
