I really regret giving PW 150 euros for my herc

because I have noticed lately we are getting absolutely NO respect from the staff in this game. Rich arrogant brats are getting off scott free if they harass us, and any other problems we have, seem to be ignored. I clicked on the GM key cos i had a problem with cube of fate and went to hassle of filling out ticket thing and did they get back to me? NO. So please tell me WHAT is that GM key for, cos it does not do anything at all!!!

Well PW since you respect the brats who spend a load of money on this game, why not show some respect for the non brats who also spend a lot of money on this game?? I sent a ticket with a problem I had. I have got no reply yet and have wasted stupid time trying to sort this when I should be able to avail of this so-called entertaining and "great" game, which I so so SO regret being utterly stupid for wasting 150 euros to purchase a herc. That was the most stupidest thing I have done!!!

And another thing. Would it be really really that hard to have something whereby we can get out of a room in cube of fate that we are stuck in with no quest in there and a cooldown of about 1 hr, just for the cube of fate that's all!! How is PW entertaining and enjoyable, when our toon has to stand there for 1 whole hr waiting for cooldown of portal? How is that enjoyable because I would love to know?? I was told to play another alt while waiting, but why should I?? Why cant that problem be sorted? I'm sure it would not be that hard to implement something there?

Well thank you PW for the enjoyable playing time of my toon having to stand in cube of fate for a whole hour doing nothing. Thank you for that enjoyable and entertaining waste of time. I have to go to bed early tonight and that was an hour of my free time to play PW wasted. Thank you so much for that. Well done!! And for those of you who may be going "oh bleh bleh well ROFL you wasted time typing this...", well i may as well since I cannot do anything with my toon.

    We need more cash shoppers to quit. That'll hit their pockets and maybe then, they'll look up and think, 'where did we go wrong?'

    When did you send in your ticket? I ask because tickets typically take 3-5 business days to receive a response from the Customer Service team. Remember that you can also try using the LiveChat system to talk to a GM.

    About the Cube; that dungeon is meant to be a labyrinth where it takes knowledge and preparation to successfully get through it. If you lack either of these, you're going to have a hard time completing it, and this functionality is intended. Keep in mind that there is a CoF guide in the PWI Wiki.

    VILKASS: Because that's not a problem or glitch... but how Cube works... were you expecting smb to carry you through all the rooms? If you stuck in one with your tp in cooldown & no dice THAT'S YOUR PROBLEM, come prepared next time.

    If you see any players enter your room you can ask for help, otherwise you messed up, didn't bring any tele incense or w/e; now chill for an hour.

    I love the game and I buy gold a lot...I think the prices are rediclus, but that wont stop me from spending money. PWI will never close, to many people buying gold
