    I was early taught to work as well as play,
    My life has been one long, happy holiday;
    Full of work and full of play-
    I dropped the worry on the way-
    And God was good to me everyday.

    GM is too broad a term I think, try looking at Community Management.

    community managers for social games have no job responsibilities, duties or requirements.

    maybe pwi is a anti-social game.....

    What we know as GMs are probably in the area of community management, customer service, billing.

    Why in gods name do you need a bachelors degree for that?

    You need to be a educated player moderator, ya know. Terrorizing the noobies and making them quit instead of banning them. Sitting far away in places off the standard pwi map and watch people trash u in WC, and sit there questioning yourself wondering if you should "rapid ban hammer" or "AOE Ban hammer random people".

    Also you need to be able to sit there in a (rare) group of people and be pmed by them all asking for help, begging you to do something, kissing your feet crying because they no longer have TW pay to feed the kids and little Jimmy who is just a baby. And sit there and just say "it is ok people, we just need to take a wait and see aproach. That is all" *Logs out*

    Yeah, you need to be mean to the average player.
    And be educated showing that you know your times tables and such.

    With such low requirements to become a GM like what I just saw I see why nothing gets done, it leaves an open field for employee incompetence. I should apply to be a GM, but then again, I don't want to watch over a dying game from a dying chinese company that is dying because they flat out refuse to listen to the onslaught of complaints that I'm sure our lovely GM staff here has relayed to them. Or did they? Whoops, guess notb:chuckle
