Update server connection failed? Help me?

ok, when i open up the game it says connecting then it says update server connection failed. i can not for the life of me figure out how to fix this so if u know please tell me EXACTLY WHAT TO DO because i dont know that much about computers. ive heard the firewall things can block it but ive disabled mine and its still saying update server connection failed. b:sad i think im about to go crazy trying to figure this out!
Lifes a game but its not fair, i break the rules so i don't care

    I had the same problemb:sad

    Try reinstalling the whole game

    i did reinstall it...like four times!!! it still wont work!!

    It might be firewall of your network for example i have Verizon and default settings blocked PWI and lots of other stuff as well, check your router :/

    This happens to me a lot at school when I have limited bandwidth. If bandwidth isn't the problem, I'd check your internet/security options and make sure PWI is a trusted site.
