Banned and no response whatsoever

#1 Acc Banned without reason and no replies to mail - 08-05-2010, 09:48 PM
about 10 days ago my seller's account was banned.. for no reason..
went through instructions about such issues and figured i had to mail them and they would explain the reason for ban and give a solution..
and so i did.. i sent a mail twice in the beginning.. then got a reply saying its a perm ban and ban will not be removed.. period
no reason was explained..
tried to send repeated mails asking for a reason as the seller contained more than 15mill worth items and TT90 gear, but no reply at all..
I'm just hoping to get a GM's attention into looking through the matter..

Everytime you send a new ticket you bumped your last one to the bottom of a long queue. Please just wait for an answer. It can take 3-5 buisness day after your last ticket to get an answer.

my last mail was sent on Aug 2 (9 days ago) i waited patiently and it seems like these wouldn't ever reply.. could some GM/Mod please Do something n help out a bit here please..b:sadb:sad

    nope.. it was banned at 3am in the morning.. all my accs were off except seller... and i cant multiclient b:surrenderif i try opening another comp shuts down... QQ old compb:surrender

    @kupuntu u can be 100% sure.. it was my cat shop alt

    Then we can't really guess why you got banned, so a ticket is probably the only chance you have.

    Though you'll probably be unbanned before you even get a reply.

    Except that his ban is permanent.

    Bans are simply not discussed on the forums and tbh I would expect this thread to be closed...depending on when it is seen -.-

    If you have sent multiple tickets, the last one that you sent means average 3-5 business days from that one b:surrender

    Or try replying directly to the email they sent you and see.

    They don't hand out perm bans for nothing, so in that case it's unlikely that you don't know the reason yourself.

    And yes trying Live Chat would also be a good idea.

    Fon, I talked to Customer Service, and they say that they did respond to your ticket with an explanation of what happened to your shop alt.

    Closing this, as ban matters are not to be discussed on the forums in the first place.
