I can't log in to the game :(

Hey,
Are the servers down or something? because i came on to the game with no problems on the 8th, 2 days ago but until now it hasnt worked. When i try to log into the game, and i know i have the right username and password as i can log into this, it says 'unable to connect to server' .
Could it be because of the one server, Heavens Tear, as that is the one that i use and have been trying to get on to?
I really want to get back onto the game as i joined not long ago and if it wont work now i guess i will have to uninstall (i dont want to do that) so could anyone please help and tell me whether servers are down and, if not, what i can do to fix it.

    I doubt that the servers are down. It's bad that I`m at work atm and I can't check to make sure. Are you sure that your anti-spyware software is allowing the outgoing request to the server ? Check you firewall (if you have such) or the windows firewall if they are not blocking it. Also some AV programs also block connections.

    I am also having problems.

    I logged out, and then logged in like 2 mins later... ever since then, IE the past few hours I can't log in. I can get to my character select screen but when I log onto a character and it says Entering Perfect World... the game crashes everytime. I tried deleting the game, then installing it again and DLing the patches. Nothing. I was just starting to really enjoy the game after hours upon hours spent getting to 60 and farming my LvL 4 Blacksmithing...

    If anyone else has this problem please post here... as mean as it sounds I hope i'm not the only one... because I want this to be fixed and more people having the problem means more minds to fix it.

    it is 2:30 am est for me right now and i cannot log in to the game either... i hope there isnt anything wrong with my account...

    I have the same problem. I log in, it has the 40 second wait, and at around 20 seconds it fails to connect.

    Anyone know if the servers are still down? Should it not say that the servers are offline? At the bottom of the start screen it says "online"?

    Yes I'm also having the same problem. 40 seconds Elapsed time 20 seconds it shuts down. I don't know whats going on but I just started playing and I wanted to continue.

    Hope they get on this soon. ^ ^

    I'm having troubles too, the patch up dates are done and everything but cannot login, wtf is goin on?

    Same here, downloaded and installed latest patch, still kicks out at 20secs. Suppose all we can do right now is wait, frustrating I know...

    the game servers and update servers go online separately. still have to wait a bit on the game servers to go back up b:surrender
