    cooldown occurs with casting time. hence the reason you can spam plumeshot.

    Oh duh on my part. I forgot you had the sage -chan buff. Still idk if I'd want to sacrifice good ornaments for -12 chan on neck/belt

    cool build and all but your going to die alot with this build. your physical defence and hp are terrible for end game and now that all bosses take random aggro your not going to do well in high lvl instances. in my opention you dont really need any more than 30-50% channeling anywhere in there is good enough. at 80% channeling your attack cooldowns wont be able to keep up with you and you will most likely lag. if it were me i would get a good phys def necklace and belt and push some g11 garnet and citrine shards on the gear.

    people do it on private servers all the time, Sage Cleric and Demon Wizards can go no Chant being Demon Wizard has the Wellspring skill (Pre Essenta Sutra) that gives 20% chant and sage wizards with elemental buff which gives the same. Im sooooo happy someone finally figuired it out lol and there is an -18% chant wrist and -12 % chant rings places people can actually do it. What i fear tho is if someone figuires out something else but im keeping that one to myself haha

    Actually, I'm saying this is very possible.

    rank 7 or 8 chest - been done
    lunar cape - done all the time
    warsoul helm - done all the time
    nirvana pants - done all the time
    love up and down - done all the time
    TT99 boots and sleaves - done all the time
    -6% channel rings - done all the time
    -12 ornaments - they do exist in PWI but they're very hard to get
    -16% channeling on wep - rare but hey high channeling isn't cheap

    Yes this is squishy. Yes it is expensive. But it is realistically possible endgame wise. Keep in mind that you need a combination of -36% through rings and ornaments I occasionally find -9% channeling OHT equip in auction. Find a couple of these and you're down to only needing one -12% ornament. Find 4 of these and you got your -36%. Then there's potentially -12% channeling on OHT sleeves. There are many different combinations. But hey...I'm just blirting out numbers. With rank 9 coming out the possibilities will be even greater.

    edit: I know that -100% channel isn't needed. I could probably get away with -90% just as well. But hey being the 1st person to reach -100% channeling is an accomplishment yet to be done here.
