I need a GM's responce: Problem with PayPal

Okay so heres the deal...

Iv been waiting quite a few days now for paypal to finish transfering monie from my account, it just went through today, so I went to charge ZEN.

I went through the steps like im ment to and by the end it says my payment was waiting to be verified by an emai sent to my adress from PWE.

I got an email reciept from PayPal stating that the payment had been sent to PWE, but no email from PWE to confirm the connection of the accounts.

I click the link to say I hadnt recieved the email and im told that the email is verified, yet the payment is still pending.

I check the status now a few hours later and now its telling me the payment has FAILED...

im 100% sure the email I gave PWE is fully correct, there are no filters, and I even regestered the sending adress in my contacts...

So is PWE going to give me my ZEN? send my monie back to my PayPal account? or did I just get compleatly ripped off?

EDIT: okay so now iv recieved the payments back in refund... I can breath... but I still dnt understand why it didnt work?

    There is currently an issue with Hotmail accounts not receiving our emails in which we are working diligently to resolve. We advise giving us a day or so to resolve the issue and then you can pay using this set of accounts once again. In the meantime, you can pay using an alternate payment method and payment account.

    no. how bout you fix the issue and then people start charging again. game is overpriced as it is, we may as well make you do some work for it.

    It will be temporary, so I can't understand why you are so offensive towards the GM ?

    oh... thank goodness for that its not just me doing something wrong... *faints* I can stop freaking out now thankyou for clearing that up shnuggles ^^

    but um... im affraid untill its fixed your going to have to wait to get my money, i literaly dont have any alternate methods of payment b:chuckle b:mischievous

    The issue was with Hotmail, not Perfect World Entertainment. The issue was resolved the same day as my original post. This type of behavior is un-warranted.
