Snow Hare spawn times?

On ecatomb.net it lists the spawn time for the snow hare near Etherblade as one hour. Is this a typo? Or is it really offering the chance to make all-class pets more than once a week? [or have it as a puller, thanks to it's wicked-awesome speed :]
