hidden quest?? tideborn quest??

I just wonder if the tideborn quest still continue after kill the tideborn traitor or not.....
I searched in google and saw theres other quest after kill the tideborn traitor, it said continue speak to emerald moon (648 111), I tried fly over to the coordinate but end up flying above water, anyone have clue? or my level didnt fit yet for the quest?

and.....are there any other hidden quest other than tideborn and thousand stream quest?

    I don't know about the qst ur talking about I had
    the same question but I did find a remarkably
    similar qst to the 1 st energy crystal qst soo maybe
    they continue or maybe not I hope I at least helped a little

    i have the same problem... im trying to complete the quest but i cant fint the next person who gives it to me after i kill the tideborn traitor guy... i return to the elder and no more quests.. :((
