I tried your support link and it seems to be down.

Edit: Actually it just produces a blank page.

    The /ticketing page ceased to exist when we overhauled our system; it shouldn't return anything other than an error message. As for the main page, have you tried clearing your cache and cookings?

    Whatever the problem was the main page is working for me now.

    As for the ticketing page, you should update your FAQ as it still directs people to that page.

    hmm ok soo question if some1 deliberatly pked you in cube (yes they know its a bannable offense) and then tried to do it again how do you now report this if there is no ticketing system anymore?b:surrender

    It's just a different system. As for tickets that had been sent during the maintenance (the change between the old and new system of support requesting), I fear they are lost files. Am I right, Mr. Surtr?

    As Lesthar said, it's just a different system. Go to http://support.perfectworld.com/ and search for your issue and it will tell you how to submit a ticket about it.

    I believe we actually took the system down during the changeover so it was impossible to submit tickets at all. That was several months ago though.
