Faces look the same, help :(

This may or may not be something easy to fix. So far, I havent figured out what's causing it. My graphics card is nice, believe me... ^_^

For some reason, the faces on other characters look the same (On my screen, my guy's face is fine but others look exactly the same), for guys, same face, as well as the females.

Is there something I can do to fix this? If this is a noob question, sorry, Im new. :) But if you could help me out real quick, that'd be great. Any questions you have, let me know.

    go to System settings -> UI -> click on Customizations
