Fc and gamma- no 1 gamma's anymore?

I am stuck at lvl 83 and i can see by the amount of xp i am getting that It will take a long time to get to lvl 84. I have no problem grinding and questing but still takes days to lvl. I wanted to do a gamma so I put out a few wc and was met with silence. Last year when I was here every 1 was gamma'ing, I came back to a new game it seems. Now i cant find a gamma squad. So I decided to try FC only to be told my cleric is too low lvl an must be at least lvl 85. Why must I be lvl 85 for fc? All my skills r maxed except my seals they r only at lvl4 or 5 and I am a fully charmed Healer with all good TT gear. I dont get it.

I am on dramweaver server and my name is Emeoko. pm me if u want to teach a healer fc and have a regular squad for fc. I give up on gamma at this point because if i remember correctly it would take about 3 gammas at this lvl to get 1 lvl up. I would like to be part of a regular fc group and I have ventrilo for good communication purposes.

    85 is the level to obtain a quest inside fc.

    U r wrong..I hav had fc quests since lv80 and i cant complete them. But that is not what i was asking for. I was asking for some 1 to teach me fc and make be a part of the squad

    I've had quests for FC since level 77 starting with the Ruthless Ones. I have 3 others quests in there right now and I'm not even 80 yet.

    Emeoko, if you are currently in a faction right now, try to ask within your faction for someone to take you on your first FC run and teach you how to heal in there.

    I went to FC with my faction when I was level 78 and I learned some tactics to follow in there.

    If you have connections everything is easier, lol. And if I'm on, I'll try PM'ing to see if you are on and take you on one if I could. ^^

    I see a lot of squads looking for levels 80+ all the time for FC, so I don't know how you can't find.

    Also as for Gamma, I do at least two Gammas everyday, most of them are pretty unsuccessful, but I do find Gamma squads everyday.

    Yeah, with they hyper-exp stones out now, that can give up to x12 exp, nobody really likes to do rebirths anymore. Everyone just hyper-frosts to 100 now.

    As for "needing" to be 85, all of the hyper-babies just want a really smooth run with absolutely no risk of dying and losing time on their precious hyper-exp stones, so they don't like taking anyone below 85.

    Now, not taking a cleric because they're TWO levels below 85 is just stupid imo, but hey, nobody ever accused hyper-babies of being intelligent.

    I have a BM that is in RB gamma range, and I'd love to go on some runs, PM me in my main (Avatar) or alt (WarsouI) and lets make a squad, barbs are always hard to find b:cry

    Lvl 83 is plenty for FC. My Cleric's been doing it since 79. Just make sure you have at least 2.5k hp unbuffed. Charm is unnecessary but will help you a lot should you end up in a fail FC squad (I really don't know how anyone can fail at FC as it's easier than making sandwich).

    Your biggest problem in FC will be Oceania Master. He uses physical AoE that can 1 shot a low HP Cleric unless there is a Barb in the squad. If you don't have a Barb in the squad, then you will have to time your Plume Shell on his mark (pay attention to common chat, he will say "What you face is endless despair" before using AoE). Also, you'd want to have a charm or a Wizzy/Psy to heal you for the 2nd boss.

    Word of advice though, if you have a BM who can't catch mobs before they reach you, leave the squad. You can have fail DD but you don't want a fail BM because it often means a dead Cleric.

    I was just in a squad with you lol. BH69, how odd. And that's not true. You can FC at level 75, but most likely you won't find squads until you're level 80. Since you're level 83, you should find a couple squads each day. I just did my first FC run earlier today, loved it. 850k exp, no hyperstones. 2x exp rocks my socks.
